What the technique is called
Use Requirements: (S) for seals, (T) for speech, and (C) for components. (A) means you just have to be able to move to perform it.
Performance Time: How long it takes to perform the technique. Immediate means it can be used anytime, even during someone else's chance to react. Free action means you can do it freely on your round. Partial means it takes one of your two partial actions every round. Full Round means it takes the whole round to perform the technique. When it states multiple rounds the effect happens the countdown gets to zero. Continuous means you must concentrate to keep it going but it works the whole time.

It is either a Focus (What you need to do the technique), Component (What you need to sacrifice for the technique), Repetition Cost (Extra chakra if you use the technique multiple times in one sitting), or Chakra Bonus (Additional Chakra you can spend to make the technique better)
Basic Technique
Bind Bone
Use Requirements: (T) (C)
Performance Time: Full Round Action/ Continuous
Effect: You can use chakra to keep broken bones together. You ignore a crippling effect as long as you spend chakra on it. This technique may be used on multiple injuries, with stacking costs.

Effect: You can use chakra to manipulate people's cellgrowth.

Luminous Touch
Use Requirements: (T)
Performance Time: Full Round Action/Continuous
Effect: You focus chakra in your hand, which then becomes visible. Your fist counts as a torch for lighting.
Chakra Cost: 1/round
Chakra Bonus: You can spend an additional 4 chakra a round to make the fist count as a plus +1 weapon. Every 4 extra spent a round makes the weapon one degree higher (+1 -> +2)
Sublime Thoughts
Use Requirements: (S) (T)
Performance Time: Full Round Action/ Continuous
Effect: You think clearly under stress, giving you battlefield advantages. Any situational bonuses increase by +1 and your miss chance drops by 10% when applicable.

Wound Mending
Use Requirements: (T) (C)
Performance Time: Full Round Action
Effect: You seal up wounds and speed up the healing process. You heal your target 1D10+ how much you exceed the technique DC, and you regain 1 health every round for 5 rounds afterwards. You have to wait for the additional effect to fade before it can be used again.

Intermediate Technique
Brilliant Aura
Use Requirements: (S)
Performance Time: Full Round Action/Continuous
Effect: Your presence lights up the area, giving off a 90 foot area of light. Any undead in this light is dealt 1D10 damage a round

Cell Regeneration
Use Requirements: (T) (S)
Performance Time: Continuous
Effect: You speed up the body's healing process and let the user reattach recently disembodied limbs (Within 10 minutes). Whoever is under the effect of Cell Regeneration is healed 3 hit points a round. During this process the body is weakened and the user takes extra (1.5X) damage.

Chakra Scalpel
Use Requirements: (T) (S)
Performance Time: Continious
Effect: You form a Scalpel out of your own chakra, which can be used for either higher level medical techniques or as a dagger that ignores armor.

Seal Prision
Use Requirements: (T) (C)
Performance Time: 10 Minutes
Effect: You put an additional seal over another seal to lock it into place. At the end of the ten minutes the person getting the seal sealed takes 20D6 non lethal damage. From that point on the user gains a +10 Will Bonus to resisting the seal

Restore the Body
Use Requirements: (T) (S) (C)
Performance Time: 2 Hours
Effect: You perform surgery, helping the healing process over time. You restore 1 ability point a day, and this may only be used once per day per person.

Component Technique: Must be able to use Chakra Binding and Chakra Scalpel
Advance Technique
Poison Extraction
Use Requirements: (T) (S) (C)
Performance Time: 10 Minutes
Effect: You extract a poison from the target's body. Instead of rolling to perform the technique to a set DC, you instead use the DC of the poison. If you fall short by 3 or less, you deal D4+1 constitution damage to the target but still extract the poison. If you fail by 4 or more you only deal D4+1 constitution damage.
