Basic

 

Advance Chakra Manipulation

Benefit: You gain 3 bonus Chakra Points.

 

Donate Chakra

Requirements: Heal (9 ranks), Advance Chakra Manipulation

Benefit: You can share your chakra with any teammates with

 

Energy Reserve

Requirements: 13 Constitution, Taijitsu Training

Benefit: Once per day, the user can deal them self 5 damage to restore 5 energy.

 

Focus Chakra

Requirements: Advance Chakra Manipulation (F)

Benefit: You can add up to your level a chakra bonus to all jump, climb, swim, balance, and tumble checks.

 

Nonlethal Combat

Requirements: Taijitsu Rank 2

Benefit: When using weapons, you can deal nonlethal damage with only a -1 penalty to damage, and can deal nonlethal damage with sneak attacks.

Normal: You deal nonlethal damage with a -4 penalty to the attack roll and damage roll, and you can not deal nonlethal damage with sneak attacks unless you have a weapond designed for it.

 

Taijitsu Training

Requirements: +1 attack bonus, Taijitsu Rank 1.

Benefit: Your hand to hand's critical range increases to 19-20 X2.

 

Taijitsu Mastery

Requirements: Taijitsu Training, Base Attack Bonus +8

Benefit: Your hand's critical multiplyer increases to X3

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Technique Related

 

Combine Technique

Requirements: Level 5, GM approval.

Benefit: You can combine techniques to get different results. Family Techniques usually come from this. Example: Charm and Transform combined gives you the 'Sexy Technique'. See 'Creating your own technique' for more information.

 

Jitsu, Fast

Requirements:5th Level

Benefit: You can perform a technique at one rank faster then the technique for double the technique cost.

Special: You can not change a technique with free action to immediate.

 

Jitsu, Immediate

Requirements: Fast Jitsu, 10th level.

Benefit: You can perform any technique that takes 1 round or less as an immediate technique once per day.

 

Jitsu, Silent

Requirements: 5th level.

Benefit: You can perform any technique without it's verbal components for 50% more chakra, rounded up.

 

Master of Seals

Requirements: 10th level, 50 chakra points.

Benefit: You can perform a technique only using one hand to make the seals. The technique DC increases by 5 and costs an additional 50% chakra, rounded up.

Normal: Techniques require both hands free to perform them.

 

Puppetry

Requirements: 30 chakra, Chakra Strings (Technique)

Benefit: You can use nin-Puppets and have access to Puppet related techniques.

 

Puppet Master

Requirements: Puppetry, 2 Puppet Related techniques.

Benefit: You can control one extra puppet.

Special: You can take this feat as many times as you have an intelligence bonus.

 

Summoning Agreement

Requirements: You must sign a Spirit Contract with the animal you want to be associated with.

Benefit: You can now use the any technique from the Summoning Line.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Character Defining Feats

 

Note: These techniques may only be used at level 1.

 

Animal Mastery

Requirements: A clan that uses some type of animal.

Benefit: You can use any of the Animal Techniques, and you gain an Animal Companion of your clan's mastery.

 

Bloodline

Requirements: GM Approval, A clan that has a bloodline.

Benefit: You gain bloodline abilities at certain levels instead of techniques. See the sections on Bloodlines for more information.

 

Bug Host

Requirements: A clan that uses bugs in their techniques.

Benefit: You gain access to the Bug Techniques, and you gain the Bug Host template of your clan's chosen bug.

 

Chakra Regeneration

Benefit: Your body uses chakra to heal itself. When you rest, your hit point healing is doubled, but your chakra recovery is halved.

Note: You can not take the feat Leaching Chakra

 

Famous Clan

Requirements: A well known Clan

Benefit: You gain a +2 reputation bonus and 2 infamy points in all rival villages.

 

Leaching Chakra

Benefit: Your chakra recovers faster at the expense of your health. When you rest, your chakra recovery is doubled, but your hit point healing is cut in half.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Creation Feats

 

Craft Poison

Requirements: Craft (Poison) 7 Ranks

Benefit: You are able to make any poison with a DC of 17 or less.

Normal: You can only create any poison with DC of 12 or less.

 

Craft Greater Poison

Requirements: Craft (Poison) 13 ranks, Craft Poison

Benefit: You can craft poison of any DC, and poisons with a DC of 17 or less you get a +4 bonus on the craft checks.

 

Craft Puppet

Requirements: Craft (Woodworking) 8 ranks, Puppetry

Benefit: You can craft your own puppet parts.

 

Puppet Parts

Requirements: Puppetry, Craft Puppet, Int 20+, Knowledge (Biology) 20 ranks

Benefit: You can replace parts of your body with puppet parts. When you attach a puppet part it costs you as much permanent chakra as it costs to attach it's strings.

 

Scribe Seal

Requirements: Craft (Calligraphy) 8 ranks

Benefit: You can create any written seal that you meet the requirements for.

 

Tattoo Seal

Requirements: Scribe Seal, 10th level

Benefit: You can scribe seals on a person's body. Read more on the tattoo section for information.

 

Scribe Technique

Requirements: Jounin Rank, Scribe Seal

Benefit: You can write directions to any technique in a fashion that others can understand.

Special: You can not Scribe Bloodline Techniques.
