What the technique is called
Use Requirements: (S) for seals, (T) for speech, and (C) for components. (A) means you just have to be able to move to perform it.
Performance Time: How long it takes to perform the technique. Immediate means it can be used anytime, even during someone else's chance to react. Free action means you can do it freely on your round. Partial means it takes one of your two partial actions every round. Full Round means it takes the whole round to perform the technique. When it states multiple rounds the effect happens the countdown gets to zero. Continuous means you must concentrate to keep it going but it works the whole time.

Special This is different depending on the technique. It is either a Focus (What you need to do the technique), Component (What you need to sacrifice for the technique), Repetition Cost (Extra chakra if you use the technique multiple times in one sitting), or Chakra Bonus (Additional Chakra you can spend to make the technique better)
Basic Techniques
Blooddrawing
Use Requirements: (S) (T)
Performance Time: Full Round Action
Effect: You use your chakra to force an enemy to bleed more. As long as they've been damaged, they suffer a bleeding effect. Every additional hit increases the bleeding effect by 1.

Repetition Cost: The technique doubles in cost every additional use in one battle.
Grim Seal
Use Requirements: (S) (T)
Performance Time: Full Round Action
Effect: You create a seal on your enemy's body with a touch attack. If the user misses, the technique is wasted. It requires a Remove Curse technique to remove it. When activated, the seal gives the target -1 to all attack and damage checks unless they make a will save. The effects last for 5 minutes.
Chakra Cost: 20 Seal/ -2 Perm Chakra till Removed
Life Stealing
Use Requirements: (S)(T)
Performance Time: Full Round Action
Effect: You deal 1D6/nin level in Dark Damage, and you gain the same amount of life back.
Chakra Cost: 2/D6
Miasma
Use Requirements: (S) (T)
Performance Time: Full Round Action/ Continuous
Effect: You fill the area with either dark rain, fog, or shadowy visions. Sight is limited to 30 feet and all but the user are forced to make a will save or be shaken.
